Urgh.

Hello, hello & hello. :D

Yesterday's training was kind of screwed.

Coach scolded us for our mentality & attitude. D:

Warm up.
8 rounds around the basketball court.
Full court drills.
Lay ups.
Pair up thing. (Partner - Jan.)
Match. :D

Somehow, I love playing match.

My team- Daphne, Ming Xia, Elanor, Coach & I.

We lost my freaking 1 point to the seniors- Yiying, Shawn, Jan, Arina & Eve. We played 7 balls. Final score, 6-7. If only we won that match, then we wouldn't have had to play 2 matches in a row. It's tiring okay?! Anyway, at least we didn't lose like crap. :D

So, the second match. Hmm.. We played against- Xae-Rl, Jia Hui, Hui Qi, Melissa & Beatrissa. If I didn't remember wrongly, in that match, I kept on changing the person I was supposed to mark. But, mainly Xae-Rl.. I think. Good match, we won.

Debrief was gross. I just find it plain gross or in order words, I was disgusted. Coach was saying that when he go back and defend, I'll be by his side(be there defending too, cos the others just loiter around the upper part of the court) or something like that. & he can feel that he is communicating with me, during the match. & still got something else.. But I can't remember any more in the mean time. It's just so disgusting. Perhaps if he could rephrase the sentences to make it sound so much less gross. At least I think those words were just plain disgusting. Gross. Oh. I remember it now. He sabotaged me.

He said, "If you(the second group) all want hor, me & pamela can pair up and play against you all again eh. We still have enough energy one lor."
Me, "HUH?!"
Coach, "Eh, don't fake lah. You can want, if really playing again."

Don't sabotage me! Lol, just kidding. Haha, play in Coach's team.. At least he will help you screen people. :D Enough of that hao se person, gross.

Today..

I woke up a whole lot earlier for a Saturday. I freaking woke up at 8:30am. Where to? The polyclinic, with my grandmother. Her pulse was slightly weaker today, blood pressure was okay. Ate western food, & I saw my ex swimming teacher/coach or something. He roughly remembers me. It's been long since I last stepped into a pool. Haha.

After that, went home and slacked a little. Proceeded to some place cos there was this sale going on. Brands like Addidas and Nike. But, my mother just won't let me have a white jacket. -.- Macdonalds for dinner. Hell lot of french fries. :D

Whoo. On the phone with Rachel, gross, gross, gross.. P6 girls are getting so gross nowadays. Msn with Sean. I'm his best friend! I'm not boasting whatsoever, he said it himself. Lol. :D
